It's ridiculous. I can't believe it. We're all in shock here that paypal would side with something so clear to be fraud. i mean 10 exact transactions of $989 and they deny it because they don't detect "unauthorized use" is a JOKE.
Sorry to hear you have had this experience. Please try 'Appeal' each case in the Resolution Center of your account. You should have the option to do this within 10 days of a case closing.
