i recently was surprided of my empty balance after paypal taking around 42us from my credit card without any notification. usually PayPal takes around 1 dollar and get them back, this time since the last time i used the payment service. shortly after at the start of this month i noticed that my credit card balance is missing 42 dollar that were taken by paypal, i can not find any explanation for this any one help please?
