hello , I have received a payment on the 9th of January of a total of 102 . I have first received it as a pending payment , and i have tried reaching to the message center and contacting one of the customer service . He told me that I should wait for 21 days for the payment to be released automatically . Yesterday , 29th of January , was the last day . The buyer claims that he has not received the goods ( not delivered ) . I tried reaching out to the buyer but he did not reply . The payment was removed from the pending balance . What should i do to get my money back ?
