payment limit

I have exceed the payment limit using personal account. I have submitted the needed documents for business payment approval. However, it takes more than 1 week now but yet Paypal never updated me. I tried to send follow email but Paypal does not reply to my request. I need to make payment urgently. What should I do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
