payment dispute

I have been using paypal for last 6 years and due to a false accusation my account is permanently it was my own payment deposited in a person account in USA and asked him to transfer to me from paypal for which he used his wife paypal account and later after few weeks claimed the money back by saying i sold them some tickets which is a false accused. please advise what should i do to reactivate my account

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
