Pal Pal says they can no longer offer me services and steps to take for reinstatement . I have updated verified all personal I.D. Confirmed Bank account, phone number and email. Says limitations lifted in my emails. Also says they can no loner offering me survives when I log in. ???
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
