i bought some cat toys through facebook and paid through paypal receipt # 3563-5540-8937-0646. This was November 24 2019 and i still have not received the items, frustrated because paypal made me open an account to dispute anything but since it was opened after the fact the purchase is not recorded and i CANNOT get in touch with anyone at paypal to help me, what is this run around stupid customer service they have??? how do i deal with this?
