I paid my bill to Wind Hellas Telecommunications S.A. yesterday via paypal. But my bill got paid 2 times for some reason and the money got taken by my bank account 2 times. What can i do in order to take my money back?
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
If so then did the subscription get paid and then you paid yourself as well?
Either way you need to contact the company you overpaid and ask them to refund x1 payment for you.
