Hi, went to purchase an item from china where the seller was advertising under an australian retailer. In my excitement in buying the item I did not do due diligence and purchased the desired item for my child. Unfortunately reviews were bad and I was unable to cancel purchase in first 15min nor email the seller via paypal (clicked on email address and did not take me anywhere)
I want to dispute transaction with bank (they are closed now) and also dispute and seek a refund via paypal. can someone please advise me.
