owner wont reset password

I subscribed to a software mid last year. There was a one time payment which was paid in full. The software owner wont reset my password. Do i get buy protection for that?

You have up to 180 days ie 6 months to open a dispute for non receipt of item or item received but not as described, after that time its between you and the seller to sort out. 


Advice is voluntary.
