So I have tracking proving an item did not ship to my address nor addressed to myself for UPS who delivered a package. Since the tracking showed it delivered to the city i live in, the genius's at PayPal ruled in favor of the scammer since they provided tracking information. If someone would of done 30 seconds of work, they would have been able to determine the tracking provided was not to the addressed communicated nor to the name intended. PayPal has been sent screen shots with the conversations had with UPS and have documented proof the item was never sent to myself nor was there a intention to. Still, they rule in favor of the scammer. PayPal is a trash service and filled with trash employees that do not know how to do their jobs
