I purchased a Seagull Martin Dulcimer Guitar.  I waited over 6 weeks to get this.  I went to resolution for help.  It was almost time for the cast to close and yesterday I got a package from the seller.  Definitely not the guitar, I got a pair of sunglasses.   I cant wear because I wear glasses and don't want them.  So I let the resolution center know I got a package from the and what was in it and NOW I have to wait till May to resolve my case.  I feel its unfair to have to wait all this time again.  This was a Birthday gift to me and something to do during this time.  What else can I do?  Any and all help appreciated, Karen

Hope all is well and that you and your family is safe amidst this crisis. I'm so sorry that you waited long or your order to arrived and much more frustrated because what you received was totally not what you ordered.  Now my question is, Is the case closed already? IF not then you have edit the reason of the dispute to "significantly not as described" if you can not do that on our Resolution Center then please have our customer service do it on their end.   All you have to do is go to our PayPal website at the bottom click the contact option besides help, once you click  "contact" it will route you to the page that say “Contact Us” click that and there will be options provided.

 

If it's still no response, then let's wait until our phone line becomes available. I hope i was able to assist you on your concern. Thank you for your patience and keep safe!
