Hi, I bought some flooring using my credit card through paypal, but the flooring company sent me the wrong flooring and refuse to accept it back. I have tried to open a dispute through paypal but i wont let me saying I cannot open a dispute for this type of payment. Can anyone shed some light please. Thanks Johnnyk

It would help if you said how you sent it then wouldn't it.
Did you pay via goods/services or friends/family or paid an invoice/money request or website.
