only option is "unauthorized transaction"

I'm in the resolution center and the only option for my transaction is "unauthorized  transaction" but that isn't the problem.

The problem is that the seller never sent the items, and has ghosted.  

I want to get a refund but I'm unable to correctly report it in the resolution center.

It's within six months (I paid 12/18/2020), so I should be able to get refunded from what I've read here.
