online store took my money and are not responding

hello all, i'll keep it short
i ordered clothes from ultamodan over a month ago and i have not even received a notification that the item has been shipped. they are not responding to my emails or calls, only with an automated email. i have already opened up a dispute with them via PayPal but im curious to know what happens if they don't respond? will i get my money back? i spent about £65
