not happy with paypal diction

I have dispute with seller sold me faulty car engine i repaired the engine i asked for the money not happy by paypal conclusion how i can a peal  the diction they ask me to return the engine this impossible

If you are not happy with a purchase you should not do any work to fix it. PayPal's resolution would be to help you return the item and get your money back. Not get compensated for repairs.

What you talking about this a car engine it cost me £700.00 to fit it in the car  i can not test it before i fit it i think is easier to repair it and the seller pay the money

There is no buyer protection for motor vehicles with paypal, an engine is a motor and part of a vehicle.
