Same boat!!!! bought a £40 item 2 months ago, got sent a cheap costume jewellery ring from China and its now my turn again to reply with details of item received with pictures but everytime I go to email the reply I get an error!!!! 48hrs left to respond and cant call, email, chat seems useless!!!! wheres the support!?
