Is anyone else concerned that PayPal has zero real customer service? The app won't update my new bank account, I've moved to a new state. It has my original cell phone number but says it is not registered to my name.
I've text the on line help line and they just say... register you cell number. NO duh. It is already on there. I've even tried to re-register the same number.
No good. Anyone have the same issue? My paychecks go through Paypal so I can't pay my bills now......
