Ordered a pair a Crocs from China. Came in wrong size and wrong color. PayPal says that it is MY responsibility to pay for shipping back to China to obtain a refund. $60 to ship these back for a $42.90 refund.
I will be filing complaints against PayPal with BBB, Consumer Protection agency, The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), NY state attorney general, and econsumer.gov for PayPal's lack of customer protection.
