Hello,

filed a dispute then escalated to a claim. seller never shipped so we agreed to cancel the transaction

and refund me. refund amount was 4400. because of fees and all i agreed to 4200. he then sends me

the accept sellers refund of 4200.

once i click on it its like a trap with error messages suddenly my case file changes to Adjudication reason

The seller has provided a full refund to you.

and now i have to respond to the seller. i try responding but there are error messages. i feel the seller

tricked me into accepting his partial refund. now i dont know what to do. i thought the case would close in

my favour immediately.

Seller has also said he Cannot refund because PayPal froze my money. Since i filed a claim ? Very confused on this matter. Also wondering if its possible that Id be Shooting myself in the foot if i accepted a partial refund for item Not received? Could it have Been a premeditaed trap?
