Hi im newer user on paypals website, But i got money i received from friends and my account is not limited i had to sumbit 4 things to get it unlimited which it still isnt why does it take 5 days to get somethging unlimited when i did nothing wrong. now my balance is stuck and i cant withdraw or send...?? like now they have no phone support to get help from
