I just purchased a new above ground pool for a super low price from a new seller with 0 feedback, he had 2 of them for sale, i noticed another new seller with 0 feedback had the 6 same pools advertised for a low price also. Are these scams or does ebay ensure their sellers are legit. I am protected by paypal policies but should money even be sent if these are scams
