needing a refund

Hi, all I sent out a fairly large sum of money on the 20th June since then I have found out the product is fake I have told the seller this and ever since I have done so he has not contacted me I have tried to go to resolution centre but it only gives me 2 options and these do not fit the problem that I have could this be because the payment is still pending? and what is best too do it has become clearly obvious that the item will not be shipped out to me and I need the money that he has.

File a dispute through PP. Then call them to accelerate it to a claim.

You can't file a dispute for a pending transaction.

Sadly you can't cancel a pending payment so you need to wait it out.

If it completes then you should be able to open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.
