where do i upload the files?
paypal is asking me to send documents.
i've read some articles and it keeps saying that i have to go to resolution center and then click on "steps to resolve limitations" but i don't see/have it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
