my daughter sent me money on the 2cd and still have not been able to collect it threw paypal, and keep getting the run around by the agents I am very frustrated and disgusted and want my money. I would love to file a claim against Pay pal and its agents
Well as you have given 0 information on why you can't access it or the issues you are having all i can advise is you go to paypals user agreement where there is a section on opening a complaint.
