need help

I purchased a bike through PayPal as a guest. I screenshot all the confirmation and receipts because I'm weird like that, never thought it would be helpful till now. the seller sent email with tracking number, and parcel select was shipped to a completely different state. I tried to give the seller benefit of the doubt, but I believe that was their plan all along. seller has yet to return any of my emails since the delivery to wrong address. what can I do to get my my back?

I understand you made this purchase using the guest checkout option, do you also have a registered PayPal account? If you do, we can still assist you in raising a dispute for this transaction. If you do not have a registered PayPal account, please contact your card issuer and initiate a chargeback.
