I bought from eBay a 3 in1 MIG TIG ARC Welder 110V 220V Lift TIG ARC Gasless Inverter Welding Machine that they send me whit missing parts or it is not that I supposed to receive and also not good quality and I pay to PayPal and at the moment nobody want to be responsable to fixit! can somebody can let me know what to do
