i have just been scammed by someone on ebay and i have proof they are a scammer. the person brought my item using an echeque so paypal sent me an email saying not to send me the email until the payment goes through however i did not see this email so i sent it. the scammer cancelled the transaction and obviously kept the item i sold him. i have screenshots of his fake feedback and feedback of other people who he scammed, i have messaged paypal however they have not done anything. does anyone know what to do and how i can get my money or at least the item back? is there a paypal number i can call?
