My account got limitations and I have been contacting through message centre. I have not got a proper reply from PayPal for what information they need to lift these limitations. PayPal says check the primary email but still it leads me to the same page where it asks to submit relevant documents, which I don't know what documents they need.. can someone please help me with this.
