my verification documents are not accepted and I am unable to access my money

 I have an issue thats been ongoing and cannot be sorted through the Paypal chat or putting in any further documents.
I have done it all for weeks.
I am at a dead end.
I need to speak to someone who can take this ahead and sort this with me.

I'm having this same issue. It's impossible to speak with anyone from PayPal. This is rediculous
