my paypal restricted forever without reason

hi
i have business that supply software service with recurring payments . i have 125 customers that pay via paypal recurring payment .
all this happend in my business account . paypal limited  forever (180 days message )my account without reason .

this is business that i invested a lot efforts.and i trust paypal can be good way for transfer money with my customers.
my business account include only recurring payment from my software i developed. ,my clients very satisfied
from my services . please return my business to live .

there is no reason close this account

so now i cant get any payments from my clients .

Normally you are allowed to withdraw any funds 180 days post limitation.
