PayPal has banned my PayPal account without telling me the reason.
I'm not a seller or scammer!!
i only use Paypal for eBay shopping and sending money to a friend.
recently someone from china hacked my acct and spent 200 USD but I immediately called the bank and Paypal about this problem
and they fixed the issue well.
however yesterday, I got an email from Paypal saying "you can't use Paypal anymore"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the heck!!!! is there any way I can solve this problem!?!?
