my paypal account is now limited due to receiving court order

Dear All

Can you know how to deal with this case

i have just received an email from paypal saying that my account is now temporarily limited

due to one court order received from 03 May

is there anything i can do. i have checked the item which might violate copyrights and it was ended from March

paypal ask me to contact the representatives of the Plaintiff and i did. They said that i had to be present at the court to solve the case

that is impossible for me because i am non US residence.
