hello, my account was held and is in restrictions. i cant send money, i cant request money, i cant make the sender of the money inside my account to be refunded. i can’t make any changes in my account. my name in my account was different from my ID. i thought i can use alias or nick name. and now they held my money. how am i supposed to withdraw my money? can i change my account to business account and change my name? what if i close my account? can i still get my money even without bank linked yo my account? because paypal not allowing me to linked bank account to my paypal.
