my account is restricted for 180days

Dear sir, 

my account is now restricted, we cannot recieve or send money for 180days. 

how we can solve this problem ?

Why it happened ? I guess, it is limits problem, we should delete the limits , but not. 

is that so ?

Sadly the 180 days does not mean a temporary ban and you can regain your account after 180 days.

The ban would be / is permanent but you can withdraw any funds held in your balance AFTER 180 days.

But it does not mean you get your account back again.
