my account has been limited

my account has been limited and i dont know why i have tried everything to contact them to find out but they dont answer messages or the phone anyone have any ideas how to sort this

same here , there is no open case in resolution center, and send message via message center but no reply, impossible to contact paypal , i hane been waiting for my account limitation review for more than 2 months now., i submitted my document more than 5 times, no response at all!!
