multiple unknown transactions

a company is charging me $10 every month for a "subscription" or something i havn't subscribed to and if i did i would have only selected the one month option for only a month not multiple months. the company is fastspring and i selected the one month option from a virus protection company called win tonic but they keep charging me and i don't know how to stop it from happening. what are my options?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a merchant you recently made a purchase with. I'd recommend reporting this kind of Billing Issue through the Resolution Center. Make sure you also review any open Billing Agreements you have to cancel them out. That should get you started towards the right resolution for you.
