hi i have today received an email that i will be receiving a refund on a case i opened for not rceiving goods however today 19th feb at 1420 i received the parcel i was in work at the time so unable to let you know so i no longer need the refund now how do i let paypal know this as the case is now closed

Let paypal refund you and then just pay the seller again, telling us on here does not affect anything as this is not customer services.
