i ordered a play station 5 console ,but only received a printed paper copy of it and charged £325.00
also filed wrong resolution of unauthorised transaction on pay pal ,as the only option was giving me at the time. But should have filed for not received item .
now pay pal has closed the case and no refund done and case closed too.
what i have to do to get my money back to my credit card refunded please
