I have 2 accounts with paypal and for many months my accounts have been limited, so I am unable to carry out any transactions. I don't really care and PP won't tell me why after several years they need lots more information about me..
Before my account access had limitations placed on them I had some money in the account that I no longer had access to so in reality PP stole it from me. We all know they are crooks but this seems to be so obvious..
I just logged into both accounts and the balance on both accounts is Zero !!! does Paypal make a habit of stealing money ?
