money in hold after 6 months

Hi,a buyer open a case after 7 months of purchase in ebay.Paypal closed the case same moment.He opened a case again after 2 weeks and now Paypal put money to hold and send me a message as buyer can return the item and I need to refund the payment.

Seems as 180 days claim limit not true?

If anybody was in same situation?

I've never known that before.

Why not contact c.s. and ask why they have allowed this AGAINST their user agreement.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
