money hasn't transferred to bank

client paid me 30$ and after 1 day  pay-pal displayed that the transfer to bank account  is complete but no money has transferred.and now papal contact services are also off. can someone help me?

Even though it shows as completed from your PayPal account, please be advised that bank transfers may generally take 1 business day up to 5 days depending on your bank’s clearing process.
