please I need to withdraw the money from the paypal account, I am Brazilian and the account is American, the account was limited but it has already been 6 months and the money is available to withdraw, could I send to my Brazilian bank account? paypal account has random name ok

As you would never be able to verify a U.S paypal account, then those funds would not be able to be withdrawn.

You can contact customer services and see if they will transfer them to another account for you but personally I don't rate your chances.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

you are in Brazil and yet you open a US based Paypal account,which can only be linked to US bank,not Brazilian bank.

is there a US address  registered in your account,if so,ask PAPAL TO send you a bank check to that address and take it from there,good luck
