On 24 February I've tried every possible way to contact PayPal to change my phone number, but I couldn't reach the support.. So I've created a ticket:
Item not received - claim
Case ID: PP-D-103762625
There's no issue with the current transaction, I just wanted to know how to change the phone number..
Today PayPal has closed the ticket in my favor, granting a refund.. which I don't need.. the service was ok..
This is just ridiculous.. is there any way to reach the customer support??
