hello i made a mistake on ebay spent £45 it was the wrong type ,the instanly put despatched even though its a pre order.My mistake i asked him please reund me saying he couldnt,as hes put despatched.I said im willing to pay his fees as i messed up which is £6.50.But he wants me to pay it 1st leave him good feedback and then he will refund me mymoney back.Thanks matt
