I paid for a coat from Jinzhou network back in September and have still not received this. I have emailed them and at first I was given a tracking number when I did not receive this after a couple of weeks I looked into this with royal mail they said I had been given the incorrect number. They now are unable to give me a tracking number keep saying it is on its way. I opened a case through resolution centre but for some reason they closed it with no explanation. I sent them all the proof/documentation etc. I emailed paypal no answer can be given why the case got closed it seems to be an automated service where nobody can answer simple questions.
What should I do please? The coat was a birthday present for my mum in November.
