This company has taken £4.04 out of my account bank account and has claimed it as PayPal. This amount or company is not on my paypal statement and my bank has confirmed that this company has taken my money.
This is unauthorised and there's no item even purchased!
How do I get my money back?

Hi @Tuncs_1,
That is a great question! The best thing to do is to report this charge as unauthorised with your bank. This will notify us that there is an issue with the transaction. If we show that the seller has several transactions that have caused an issue, we will review the seller internally to see what is going wrong.
Thanks,
Drew

Several reasons why you may not recognise a payment.
Sometimes the payment does not coincide with the date you made the payment as paypal CREDIT the seller in advance and then paypal wait for the funds to transfer from your bank account, they can 'leave' that account at anytime from a few hours up to a few days later. Also the 'amount' can sometimes not be recognised if you used it as a part-payment with the rest coming from funds already in your paypal balance.
Secondly check you don't have a subscription set up...........profile > payments > preapproved payments.
Lastly if you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your paypal account then of course it won't show on your paypal account as you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

can confirm that my complaint doesn't fall on anything that you've just described and I've been seeing that other people are going or have been going through the same issue as me with this exact same merchant. The fact that PayPal isn't doing anything about it is upsetting.
I just got paid yesterday and have been using Paypal and my bank for all my transactions. I know exactly what I have and haven't paid out, and I haven't made any purchases in the last 2 weeks that have amounted to £4.04. This was paid out this morning and I haven't used my card at all this morning.
This is a serious issue of fraud - whether the amount is £4 or £50 or £200, this is money that is unauthorised
Is there anything PayPal can do about their merchant?
