my 12 year old son (autism) has managed to bypass the security code on xbox to buy £150 of online games. I had changed the passcode 4 weeks ago when he spent £400 doing the same thing. I am so upset by this and Microsoft have asked me to get in touch with PayPal to report an unauthorised payment.
I cannot see anything in the resolution centre despite reporting the problem yesterday.
