I bought an item from malaysia & didn't get what I ordered but received part of item, I tried to resolve & get a refund but I can't contact a person to speak to about it, I am an elderly lady & don't understand all this, it is so frustrating as no matter what I do I can't speak to anyone about the problem. I was told to send item back to get a refund but it costs a lot of money to send & I can't afford it.
I'm sorry to hear that you received part of what you ordered. The PayPal dispute process would require you to send what you received back in order to get a refund. There is a program to assist with return shipping costs that you can use to offset some or possibly all of the return cost.
