Hi all,
I opened a dispute for a buying transaction of an item, that when received, did not function as expected.
In a very obvious way, the functional defect was covered in pictures and videos.
Paypal resolved in favor of the seller and followed up: "This decision was made because if an item is materially
similar to the seller's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described."
Is it clear this is an inadequate interpretation of buyer protection terms?
